We do not offer product exchanges. If you prefer a different item, color, or style, please request a return for your original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order directly on our website at zuraglobal.shop.
How to Start a Return

Include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once approved, our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Ship the package back using a trackable shipping carrier.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged in transit, defective, or if you received the wrong item, email us immediately at zuragloballlc@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue quickly at no extra cost to you.
Refund Approval & Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. (Please note that financial institutions may take additional time to post funds to your account).
